David Brattesani
Formerly Compliance Director with Bankhall Investment Associates, with specific responsibility for the oversight of the Group's Network operation. David previously worked for the Personal Investment Authority in the areas of Field Monitoring and Training & Competence, with specific responsibilities for monitoring the activities of large IFA Networks. Prior to joining PIA, David worked for a national intermediary, for several years. |

Laura Chuck
Laura qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor with PriceWaterhouse Coopers, where she managed the private client department in Manchester, before setting up a tax and accountancy consultancy in 1996. Since then Laura and her colleagues have provided both specialist tax advice and compliance services, and expanded to become registered auditors for the intermediary marketplace. Laura and her colleagues are on hand to provide support to threesixty clients and their own clients and have developed a good knowledge of the tax and accountancy needs of intermediary businesses. |

Russell Facer
Russell has been involved in providing regulatory and risk monitoring guidance to mortgage and financial services firm’s since 1996. Previously with Bankhall and Compliance Consultants Ltd. Russell’s experience includes core business activities such as corporate governance and business continuity, management information and process analysis. Within threesixty, Russell’s main areas of responsibility include compliance support, the FSA authorisation process and regulatory research. Part of this has been to provide guidance and assistance to firms overcoming new hurdles such as Depolarisation and the RMAR. |

David Ingram
David is one of the founding partners of threesixty services; like the other partners, he was formerly a director within the Bankhall group.
David, whose main areas of responsibility within threesixty include technical support, research training and marketing, has been providing these services to advisers, both independent and tied, for 25 years, working for, amongst others, National IFA Co-operative Bank Financial Advisers and Sun Life (now Axa) as well as running his own consultancy business.
As a founder member (and branch chairman) of the Institute of Financial Planning, David is a firm believer that financial planning advice must be holistic, taking account of all of the client’s circumstances, and not given in isolation. |

Ross McArthur
Ross is active in the recruitment, development and ongoing management of firms, within threesixty. Formerly a Compliance Director with Bankhall Investment Associates, with responsibility for the delivery of related support services to those firms directly authorised by the Financial Services Authority. Also responsible for analysis and delivery of associated N2 requirements internally and externally. Previously employed by the FSA, undertaking a number of routine and specialist activities including high profile investigative activity, and eight years as a practitioner including 2 years in a sales management role for a national IFA. |

Martyn Weaver
Martyn was originally a practicing auditor for 16 years and then took the position of Investigative Accountant with FIMBRA with the remit of detecting and dealing with investment fraud. He soon thereafter headed up the large Investigations and Intelligence function which dealt with many major issues. Being involved in the formation of regulatory standards and practices this key senior position within the IFA Regulator gave Martyn a clear insight into the needs of IFA businesses and recognising the gap in the market was able to translate this as a founding Director into the creation of Bankhall Investment Associates in 1993. His reputation and relationships within the sector, including the regulators, were fundamental in the development of a business which had a compliance culture throughout its core services of which he was Group Director. Martyn resigned from the board of Bankhall following its acquisition by Skandia. As a Partner in threesixty his primary role is in the strategic positioning and development of the business. |

Phil Young
Phil has a wealth of experience in the design, development and delivery of IT based solutions within the financial services industry, which makes him well placed to make recommendations to IFAs on their technology requirements. Phil has built up a good working relationship with product providers, IFAs and software houses alike. He is closely involved in the development of a number of new initiatives and services for IFAs, so as to ensure that threesixty remain at the forefront of technology and its clients reduce their administrative burden wherever possible. Phil is also a regular contributor of articles on technology to various publications, and runs threesixty's own television channel, threesixty TV. |

David Warnock
David Warnock is responsible for the strategic development of threesixty particularly with regard to information technology. He was a successful fund manager in his early career but was also heavily involved in the development of a number of key trading and administration systems. He was a founding director of Bankhall and then the Chief Executive of one the Industry’s leading Portals which he developed from an initial concept. He left this role in 2001 to pursue other business interests before being asked to join the partners of threesixty. |
