New threesixty Service Helps IFAs Conduct Staff Relations
threesixty, the fee-based IFA support services provider, has teamed up with Scotland-based Brodies Solicitors to offer its IFA clients help with employee relations.
Brodies will advise threesixty clients on the drafting of standard contracts of employment and consultancy agreements. It will also offer toolkits on a variety of topics, such as compromise agreements, employment status, Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) rules, data protection and many others. The toolkits reduce the reliance on legal advisers by providing a standard agreement and a supporting matrix to allow threesixty’s clients to complete paperwork themselves.
Brodies already offers help to threesixty clients in Scotland on wills, trusts, powers of attorney and estate planning.
David Ingram, a partner at threesixty, commented: “threesixty continually works towards adding value and breadth to its range of services. This new employment law service from Brodies Solicitors will have relevance for all our clients across the UK.”
John Campbell, an Associate at Brodies, commented: “Employment law is becoming ever more complicated and employment contracts require the attention of a specialist. We are happy to help threesixty’s clients deal in a professional way with what can be a sensitive and tricky area.”
