threesixty Extends Panel
threesixty, voted the number one IFA support services provider*, has added the life products of Bright Grey to its protection panel, which can now be accessed through its online quotation service.
Bright Grey becomes the seventh provider in the protection range available via the quotation service, alongside Friends Provident, Scottish Equitable Protect, Legal & General, Scottish Widows, Standard Life and Scottish Provident. The panel covers term assurance, critical illness and mortgage protection plans.
The service is available free to threesixty’s IFA clients and can be accessed via its website. Launched in May this year in conjunction with Assureweb, the service also offers quotes on income protection products and illustrations for pensions and investment bonds.
The panel offers increased commission rates for no additional cost to threesixty’s clients. But using the panel does not mean IFAs will be enhancing their commission at the expense of clients because products which meet strict criteria for competitiveness of premium, service and claims handling experience qualify for Panel inclusion, something which is regularly reviewed.
David Ingram, a Partner at threesixty services, commented: “Bright Grey’s inclusion in our Protection Panel represents a major addition to the range of providers available. The Protection Panel continues to grow in popularity with over 60% of our IFA clients now using it. The improved commission terms it offers to subscribers means it is a valuable tool for IFAs.”
Andy Peters, Distribution Director for Bright Grey, commented: “We’re delighted to be joining threesixty’s protection panel. This appointment reflects the strength of our overall proposition and our brand, and the team at Bright grey is looking forward to working with threesixty and its clients to provide protection solutions that add real value.”
