threesixty Launches Online Training Service

threesixty, voted the number one IFA support services provider*, has launched an online training and testing facility for financial intermediaries. The system, which has been developed exclusively for threesixty clients, allows IFAs, paraplanners and administration staff to take multiple choice tests on a variety of subjects, including investments, pensions, protection, mortgages, taxation and regulation. 

Users can select which subjects they are interested in and define how many questions are included in the test. This allows experienced IFAs to demonstrate ongoing competency, and less experienced individuals to improve their knowledge with a view to gaining further qualifications.

One of the key attributes of the system is that it not only marks the questions but provides feedback on the questions answered, with details on the answers given and the correct answers.  A permanent record of results is maintained online, and a printable certificate of results will be available soon for those wishing to keep paper records.

Whilst we can set up specific tests, particular to any firm using the system, the emphasis is very much on improving understanding through development and learning, rather than penalising wrong answers.
