threesixty Most Highly Rated Support Provider

New research conducted amongst members of six major IFA support services groups by Henry Samuels Marketing Services (HSMS), shows that members of service provider threesixty, rate their provider as offering the most satisfactory services.
IFAs were asked to consider 14 different services, scoring their satisfaction for each in terms of “marks out of five”. Threesixty consistently received high scores, ranking first or second for 10 of the 14 measures. Their overall average of 3.71 (out of a maximum 5) was well ahead of nearest runners-up Simplybiz, IFA Professional and Positive Solutions.

This is the first of a series of annual surveys examining the attitudes of members of major Support Services groups to the services they receive, and whether these services meet members’ needs. The research provides  a parallel service to long-running research that has been monitoring the behaviour and attitudes of IFA network members for the past 13 years.

Henry Samuels of HSMS comments:

“We looked at the principal support service providers and found that each service provider attracted a different type of member, with expectations and service requirements differing between each group.  The research indicates that at present, Threesixty  members are the most satisfied with the service they receive whilst some providers have services that are not sought by their members.”

This research was conducted by telephone interviews, during December 2005 and January 2006 amongst a representative sample of members of each support service provider.  Respondents were selected at random from the Money Marketing IFA database.
