threesixty provides access to highly qualified helpdesk support with your technical queries via telephone, email or fax.
The Faculty
The Faculty is a training facility designed to assist new advisers and staff qualify for the Cert FP or CeFA qualification. It comprises of a series of electronic workbooks and revision notes, written and presented in a user-friendly style, complete with tests and answers. Full email support is provided.
Additional Training
We regularly arrange bespoke training courses, and offer free regional supervisor training. We can also provide access to discounted course books from CII and a variety of knowledge assessment software. |
