threesixty online hosts a library of example suitability reports to assist advisers in clearly and simply explaining the key points of their advice process, and recommendations to their clients.
More generic and technical content is available within our library of product factsheets. These can be attached as appendices to the main suitability report, explaining the product and risk considerations.
Mandatory and best practice points for inclusion in our clients’ suitability reports are detailed within our suitability checklists.
Development events and workshops
Our range of development seminars and workshops provide a valuable source of training and structured CPD. All of our development programme events are accredited by the CII, CISI and The London Institute of Banking and Finance and take place at various locations throughout the United Kingdom.
Events are ran exclusively to threesixty cleints, and are designed in response to client demand, covering the topics requested in our annual client survey and via the feedback collated from delegates at each of our events.
Remote learning
We’ve replaced the old e-Learning tests, within our online test tool, with a new and intuative, remote learning facility.
Remote learning courses include reading and visual learning aids to be studied prior to completing a ten question test. Completion of each activity earns up to sixty minutes of structured CPD. CPD certificates are provided upon completion. New courses will be added each month to support your ongoing CPD. Activities released in the first quarter of the year include SM&CR, protection activities and financial crime. You can access the ‘remote learning’ facility from within the online test tool.
CPD recording tool
Our CPD recording tool helps you to keep track of your continuing professional development and is compatible with the main accredited bodies to support your SPS requirements.
You can record all of your structured and unstructured activities, documenting learning objectives, reflective statements and keeping track of any activity that also supports IDD requirements.
Evidence of your learning can be uploaded securely and in some cases, for example upon completion of a threesixty remote learning course, this will be done automatically.
If you supervise staff, you can request access to monitor and assign your teams CPD activities, giving you full oversight of their progress. To arrange supervisor access, contact our account management team.
Question banks
Within the online test system, you can access knowledge assessments and remote learning.
Knowledge assessments are 20 question tests without learning material. Tests are available on a variety of subjects linked to the core RDR topics of Investments, Regulation, Pensions, Protection and Taxation.
Workbooks
If you need to refresh your memory prior to taking a test, our range of RO workbooks should prove useful.
In addition to the core RDR topics, some additional advanced tests in pensions and investments are available.
Coming soon! New training dashboards
The training dashboard is being designed to complement our existing CPD tool and make it easier for you to view, and manage, your CPD activity against your development plan.

A supervisor version of this dashboard will also be available, allowing greater oversight for all your team members in one place.
