Brexit update: Online Dispute Resolution Platform

The Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is an EU facility for the resolution of disputes relating to online purchases of goods and services. Firms conducting business online are required to refer to the availability of the ODR for example, on their website and in client disclosure material.

From 1 January 2021, individuals from the UK will no longer be able to use the ODR.
