Data protection - update on Brexit and the US privacy shield

The transition period for the UK leaving the European Union expires on 31 December 2020. You need to be aware of changes that you may need to make to your data protection procedures.

The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has published updated guidance on issues to be considered by firms in the lead up to the end of the transition period.
