FCA confirms access to the FOS is being extended

In October 2018, the FCA published its near-final rules on extending access to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) to more small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).      It has now confirmed its final rules, which are unchanged from its near final rules.
