Incorrect pensions tax relief - joint article from HMRC and TPR

The latest HMRC Pension Schemes Newsletter contains a joint article from HMRC and the Pensions Regulator on pensions tax relief and the fact that some scheme members are receiving tax relief twice and others are not getting the tax relief they're due.
