Email is no new thing. Most of us have grappled with advances in technology during recent years, but this potentially creates a bias of over confidence. The problem this creates is that as we become more resilient and savvy to spam emails the scammer become equally more sophisticated.

Most of the incidents I’ve dealt with over the past few years, which I touched upon in the last article, have involved individuals who probably consider themselves tech savvy – at least to a certain degree.
