MiFID II - FCA extends structured deposits notification deadline

The FCA has announced an extension to the structured deposits notification deadline.

Selling or advising on structured deposits falls within the scope of MiFID II. If your firm already holds certain FCA permissions, as we have previously reported, you can add ‘structured deposit’ as an investment type to these permissions by submitting a special notification form to the FCA.
