Vulnerable clients - Common issues we've identified when reviewing client files

We regularly assess client files where comments are being raised which suggest the potential vulnerability of the client(s), given the information and circumstances captured in the fact finding process.

We often grade files amber (unclear) and red (unsuitable) due to this concern. We thought it would be beneficial to share the types of issues we’ve identified and how you may address these issues to improve your file review grades.
