threesixty accredited as an IFP CPD Provider
The role of the Supervisor, is often the most challenging in a firm, especially in small, specialist firms of Financial Planners and IFA’s
To help firms get to grips with this issue, threesixty have designed and are delivering a series of intense, practical workshops which will not only explain and demonstrate how the role of supervisor can add commercial as well as regulatory value, but will assess the Supervisors ability to deliver this value.
Clients of threesixty will be able to attend a number of two day workshops in Manchester, High Wycombe, Bristol, Birmingham and Edinburgh.
The accreditation of these workshops means that threesixty services are now the only non Product Provider accredited as a CPD Provider by the Institute of Financial Planning.
Phil Billingham, Strategy Consultant at threesixty, who will be delivering the workshops, commented ‘Business change, and TCF implementation, depends on the Training and Competence scheme. A scheme is only as good as the Supervisors who deliver it. This workshop is specifically designed to improve Supervisory skills in a small firm environment.’
Within the blog you will find regular commentary on a range of topics, including: industry change, forthcoming events, marketing, technology and the future of the Industry, as well as the odd rant or two!
threesixty are encouraging readers of the blog to leave their comments and opinions and as always, any feedback is always welcome!
